What I do with Claude when I wake up in the morning (Opus recommended)

1. confirm with Claude for about 3 minutes what he is going to do today.

I'll also include all of yesterday's TODO notes and today's Google Calendar appointments.

2. 3 minutes is about 1000 words. Talking about this and that will help me plan for the day. 9:00-10:00: tasks left over from yesterday."

and they write.

3. detail hourly tasks. write each task in google calendar

4. put the task contents into Claude when the time comes.

5. now I am the PM and Claude is my subordinate to do the work.

6. Finally, plug in all the logs and organize the day's progress. It is also a good idea to create a daily report to the company.

The effect of continuing to do this daily is immeasurable.

Fifty pages of a book is roughly 120,000 words, so if you work 10 hours a day, that's 12,000 words in an hour, 200 words in a minute, or a work log at the rate of 3 words per second, that's a size that would not be filled!
